What can be returned
Unfortunately, cigars cannot be returned as they are considered consumer items that can no longer be resold. For other products, you have the option to try your ordered item reasonably to ensure it functions properly and meets your satisfaction.
You are allowed to return the item within 30 days, but you should refrain from fully using the item if you are uncertain about keeping it. If you use the item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may be held responsible for any diminished value of the goods.
Cost of return shipment
The direct costs associated with returning the order (the products) will be at your expense. You can select any carrier for the return, but it is essential to ensure that the return shipment is insured and provided with a track & trace code.
In many cases, when we send a return or replacement item back to you, we will cover the postage costs.
Processing time for returns
We endeavor to process your return within 5 working days after receiving it. Please communicate in the English language.
Upon your return, we ALWAYS need the following information:

4) Your email address
5) Your bank account number
Without this information we can not process your return.
