1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is a piece of cake and is done in a few simple steps.
Fill your shopping cart.. Place the item you want to buy in your shopping cart by simply clicking the “Add to your shopping cart” button. Have you seen more interesting products? Then click on the “Continue shopping” button to fill your shopping cart with even more discounted items. If you want to go to your shopping cart, click on the ‘Go to shopping cart’ button.
Click on the ‘Continue to checkout’ button to complete the order. Then enter your address details. Do you already have a customer account? Then you can enter your password after entering your e-mail address and your address details will already be entered for you. You can also order without an account, then you only have to fill in your details. Make sure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot take responsibility for a missing order if you have provided a wrong delivery address. Then click on ‘Continue to checkout’ again to complete the last step.
Place order and pay
Choose your payment method, check your chosen items carefully and click on the button “Payment and completion” to make the payment and complete the order.
Can I place an order by phone?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. We work exclusively via the internet. Do you have trouble placing your order? Then you can always contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org or call +1 347 352 3592. They will be happy to help you go through your ordering process.
2. What payment options are there?
When you place an order you can choose from the following payment options:
iDeal: direct, easy and reliable payment based on the security methods of your own bank. PayPal / Credit card: easy and safe payment with a credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
MisterCash: you can only choose this Belgian variant of the Dutch iDeal if the transaction is carried out from a Belgian bank account.
3. Where can I find my invoice?
After payment, the invoice will be emailed in the order confirmation to the email address you provided. Received nothing? Then check whether your order confirmation has ended up in your junk e-mail. If you have created an account, you can also find the invoice here.
