All orders you placed with us is shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours. As soon as we have received the order, your order will be packed and shipped immediately. In most cases the shipping time is 14 days. If you haven’t received anything after 14 days, please contact info@iamcigar.com. Perhaps something went wrong or your order was delayed due to a delayed delivery from our shipper.

Shipping costs:

We work with two shipping rates as standard.

For orders under 2Lbs we charge $ 9.95.

For orders over 2 Lbs we charge $ 14.95.

If you place multiple orders on a day or different products in a week, it is unfortunately not possible to combine this to save shipping costs. Shipping costs must be paid per order.
